Great Companions is located on the plains of northern Minnesota...where dogs can run free, cats can hunt all day long, and birds, well, they still have to stay indoors because its too darn cold outside! In fact, our history is rooted in those plains. Our company started small, using catalogs as a way to market high quality birdseed mixed in our local grain elevator. When that idea proved successful, our entrepreneurial instincts took over, we expanded our line of avian products and Great Companions was born. Today, Great Companions remains a family-run business and we pride ourselves in offering you our signature hometown service. Our goal is to provide our customers with superior quality and value in bird supplies. We wont sell anything that we would not feel comfortable giving to our own great companions.
