Bunny Bytes was founded in 1997 by house rabbit owners Steve and Cathy Seiller. In 2000, Jennifer Johannsen joined the team as office manager, eventually taking over the business in 2002. Since the beginning, our mission here at Bunny Bytes has been to improve the well-being of house rabbits by offering high quality, environmentally-friendly and innovative products. Our inspiration is derived from our own house bunnies and the work weve done with the hundreds of rabbits weve helped rescue, rehabilitate and re-home. Were not a high volume pet superstore, so as much as wed like to, we cant guarantee you wholesale prices or free shipping. What we can guarantee is that when you support us, you support rabbits. Each year we donate a percentage of sales, irrespective of profits, to Evergreen Rabbit Rescue, a Seattle-area rabbit education and shelter support group we co-founded. We can also guarantee you great customer service from people who know rabbits. If we make a mistake, well go out of our way to make it right for you. If you place an order, youll receive confirmation that your parcel has been shipped, so you know when to expect its arrival. If one of the items you ordered is out of stock, we dont penalize you because its on backorder, instead, we pick up the shipping when it restocks.
